Returns and Claims Policy

Before production

Review size, valve, material, weight, packing, artwork, quantity and destination carefully. Cancellation or specification changes are subject to written approval and may involve costs already incurred for materials, tooling, printing, packing or production.

Quality or specification claims

• Notify the sales contact within the claim period stated in the sales contract.
• Identify the order, invoice, product size, batch or packing marks and affected quantity.
• Provide photographs, inspection records and representative samples when requested.
• Preserve affected goods and packaging until the investigation and disposition are agreed.

Return authorisation

Do not return goods without written authorisation and shipping instructions. Approved remedies, which may include replacement, credit, repair or another agreed solution, depend on the investigation and the applicable sales contract.

Non-quality returns

Goods made, marked or packed to an approved buyer specification are generally not accepted for return because of changed demand, excess stock or an incorrect specification supplied by the buyer, unless JABIL agrees otherwise in writing.
