Quotation and production

Minimum order quantity, production lead time and packing are not fixed website promises. They are confirmed by size, material, valve, quantity, artwork and current factory schedule in the quotation or sales contract.

Delivery terms

• Origin, destination port or delivery address must be stated in the enquiry.
• Freight method, Incoterm, insurance and responsibility for customs clearance are confirmed in writing for the order.
• Estimated shipment and arrival dates are estimates unless the signed contract states otherwise.
• Buyer-requested certificates, marks and shipping documents must be agreed before production or shipment.

Delays and inspection

International transport can be affected by carrier schedules, port congestion, customs, weather and other events outside the manufacturer's control. Buyers should inspect quantities, packing and visible condition promptly after receipt and follow the claim procedure in the sales contract.
